Let’s Eat! A Bento box lunch enjoyed at Itadaki-Zen restaurant, a new discovery in Kings Cross, London. Itadaki-Zen is Europe’s first Organic and Vegan Japanese restaurant, and features a lovingly crafted menu of simple, balanced meals. The restaurant was opened to support the initiatives of the Academy of Agriculture philosophy, a social organisation which strives to spread a sustainable way of farming and living throughout the world. In celebration of its 1st year anniversary, Itadaki-Zen hosts a Natural and Wild product show On October 17 & 18. On show will be Hand picked Scottish seaweeds, wild bamboo leaf tea, homemade Miso, naturally harvested organic sea salt and other marvelous products from mountains and seas.
