…to an explosion of colour! A risotto dish made with freshly made Fish Stock, with roasted Beetroot marbling the Rice pink, served with a batch of King Prawns Sauteed in Garlic, Olive Oil and Sea Salt. A sprig of Coriander and a grind of Black Pepper to finish.
