A meal cooked for David Norris, facilitator of the ‘Being in Business’ programme which took place at the Concord Institute last weekend. An extraordinary workshop which asks: ‘What do you go to when you go to work? Who are you when you’re there? What’s the future that’s looking for you?’ Barley & Rice served with Deep Fried Mackerel and a Shoyu, Mirin, Brown Rice Vinegar, Stock & Maple Syrup dressing (thickened with Kuzu) and Blanched Broccoli & Cauliflower Sauteed in Ginger and Garlic.
