I spent a weekend assisting Francoise Auvray in the kitchen, in support of an Autumn Yoga retreat run by Bea of Beayogi. Here’s just a sample of the delights that were cooked up over the three days, and some of the paths travelled. Yes, some led into the Suffolk Sea. Thank you to Bea, Francoise and all the ‘yoginis’ for a delightful weekend.
oh i never thought of cutting corn cobs this way.. it seems to be very practical.
