A tasty interpretation of a classic, freshly made Cheeseburger with Organic Beef, Gruyere Cheese and ingredients sourced from small farms and quality suppliers, served here with Homemade Skin-on Chips. Courtesy of the new Byron Burger restaurant in Angel, London. My only gripe? Attention to detail does not extend to the Table Salt, which would ideally be Sea Salt, as used in the cooking of the Beef. A suggestion made to the very helpful Aussie Manager Tom.
