A tasty interpretation of a classic, freshly made Cheeseburger with Organic Beef, Gruyere Cheese and ingredients sourced from small farms and quality suppliers, served here with Homemade Skin-on Chips. Attention to detail does not extend to the Table Salt, which would ideally be Sea Salt, as used in the cooking of the Beef. A suggestion made to the very helpful Aussie Manager Tom.
