A simple but delicious meal prepared as a lunch for participants of the current Foundation Course at the Concord Institute. The plate consists of Barley & Rice with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, (pressure cooked with a pinch of Sea Salt, Olive Oil & Ume Vinegar) Cannellini Bean Stew with onions, Leeks, Carrots, Fresh Rosemary & Parsley, Blanched Savoy Cabbage sauteed in Garlic and Olive Oil.
