Work is Love in action

Words of wisdom from the folks at the E5 Bakehouse, and Happy Kitchen, who are clearly people doing what they love. I discovered the Bakehouse recently after hearing from Francoise about the artisan breadmaking courses run by Ben, and have popped along a few times to pick up some of their wonderful Sourdough Bread. I’ve seen, and tasted the handiwork of the Happy Kitchen crew as they’ve gradually infiltrated East London Community events, cafes, and life in general with their welcome infusion of non-processed ingredient, local, organic and seasonal delights. They both offer a new model of doing business, by returning to a very old one, of simply doing well what you love to do.
