A recipe courtesy of Cate Darliston, aka La Petite Boo, tried and tested at a recent Thanksgiving event she composed. These nuts are remarkable!
Step 1: assemble a good amount of nuts, and toast them gently in a pan or preferably oven roast carefully. (Set timer at 15 minute intervals as a reminder)
Step 2: Sprinkle liberally with a few teaspoons each of Celery Salt and Garam Masala. Toss so all nuts are coated in Spices.
Step 3: Pour a generous amount of Chilli Oil and Maple Syrup over nuts in Baking Tray, and mix together. Place in hot oven, and cook until golden, mixing several times in the process. Leave to cool, break apart clusters if you wish.
