Udon Noodle Soup

A very quick, nourishing one-pot lunch. Udon Noodles, with a broth made from Fish Stock, rounded out with Fish Sauce and Shoyu, some cubes of Tofu, panfried Mochi, and topped with Scallions and Gomasio. (Toasted Nori and Sesame seeds ground in a Suribachi)
