A quick, simple meal. Pressure cooked Short Grain Rice sprinkled with Gomasio; (Toasted Sesame Seeds, Nori Flakes) Tofu triangles; (dipped in flour, panfried quickly, then marinated in Shoyu, Olive Oil, Ginger & Garlic for an hour or so before panfrying once again) Savoy Cabbage Sauteed with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and a dollop of Butter, with some finely chopped Tinned Sardine and Sundried Tomato to add a little flavour and colour. Anchovies also work well with this. Plenty of flavour, super quick and easy.
