My friend Coretta’s birthday on the weekend, and we were the ones to receive gifts! A dinner party for ten lucky guests, with two of the four courses pictured here: A starter of grilled Prawns on a Rocket Salad with light Vinaigrette, and a main course of Roast Chicken served with Rice, Baked Pumpkin, Roast Root Veg, Seared Asparagus and Beetroot, Walnut and Fennel Salad.
