Home Cooking Lesson

A Saturday afternoon Home Cooking session with Paul, Lara & Charlotte, covering a few simple dishes, but exploring plenty more in conversation about cooking and our multifaceted relationship with food. We prepared a simple Vegetable Stock, a deceptively simple Celeriac, Pear & Celery Soup, Rice & Barley, Arame with Carrot & Onion and Gurnard Tempura with delicious dipping Sauce.
