Lunch box

I have not taken much time to share my cooking here recently. This morning I put together a simple lunch, probably a little too summery considering the weather but eaten with a soup it should work!

A portion of homemade houmous (chickpeas, mustard, tahini, ume dressing, rice vinegar, boiling water, olive oil and roquette leaves from the garden), short grain rice ball with um plum and coated in ground sesame seeds with some grated carrot and courgette. A simple lunch for an office worker. I sometimes use the instant Clearspring seaweed miso soup, a very nice drink but it does not replace a fresh vegetable soup!
