Farewell to wholefood kitchen compadre David Rosberg, who wings his way back to Californian shores today. What a great way to bow out, sharing a delightful meal with friends and family. The ‘Dude’ whips up an exceptional one-pot Bean Stew, full of heart and goodness. Served with some homemade Harissa, grated Parmesan and a garnish of Oven Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes with Rosemary, Olive Oil, Salt and Lemon Juice. The Dessert was an assemblage which included a beautiful flan baked by Solange, a Chocolate Cake (source unknown) and some of Happy Kitchen’s Chocolate Brownies. Bon Voyage David!
