A chickpea meal, in two parts

Day 1: A spicy Chickpea stew, served with Barley Rice, Sauteed Zucchini with Shittake and Kombu, Roasted Bettroot Hummus and Sauerkraut.

Day 2: The joy of leftovers! A similar combination, this time with some Sauteed Carrots with Coriander and a good sprinkling of Sesame seeds.
