A simple, hearty lunch, exploiting a few leftover elements from the fridge, together with something fresh! Pressure cooked Aduki beans, Onion, Garlic, Thyme, Fish Stock, a bag of baby Spinach, Shittake Mushrooms, Lemon Juice, a splash of Tamari. Served with some homemade Hummus, and my current fave, some Spelt Sourdough from the E5 Bakehouse. Delicious.
