Panfried Salmon fillet; Udon Noodles; Fresh Chives; Radishes,;Toasted Sesame Seeds; Mirin, Shoyu & Sake.

…thrown together in the pan, then reduce the mirin, shoyu and sake glaze,

…serve in a bowl with chopped scallions. All in 20 mins tops. Jamie, take a 10 minute break.
