Homemade Granola following a recipe from Melanie Waxman. Jumbo Oats, Wholewheat Flour, Coconut Flakes, Dried Apricots, Walnuts, Almonds, Rice Syrup, Olive Oil and Vanilla Essence. Once you go down this road, there’s no going back. Thanks to Ollie, who crafted the orderly rectangle of chopped toasted Almonds to go into the mix.A compote of Dried Figs, Apricots, Prunes simmered in Pear Juice, Cinnamon and Star Anise completes the ensemble.
