Summer breakfasts

Mango, Bananas, Strawberries with Dates stuffed with walnuts, Greek Yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

Birchermuesli: Rolled Oats with grated Apple, a good dollop of Greek Yoghurt, Dried Cranberries and a decent splash of water. Mixed together, left in the fridge (covered) overnight. Served in the morning with sliced Strawberries.
