with dried Tamarind and Saigon Red curry, from the kitchen of Cay Tre Soho. A special mention for the delightful Vermicelli Rice ‘pillows’ which could easily be mistaken for face wipes, but are just the ticket for mopping up any leftover curry sauce. Believe me, you don’t want to waste a drop.
