Veal Tagine

A Tagine prepared for family and friends. Veal Sauteed with Onions and Spices, then simmered for 3-4 hours with Tomatoes, Grapes, and Harissa. Spinach added towards the end. Served with Couscous mixed with Corn, Pistachios, Dried Cranberries, Coriander, Lemon, Orange Juice and Olive Oil; Tzatsiki with Mint, Yoghurt & Lemon; Marinated Red Peppers; Thyme Pita Breads.
