A craving for a hearty, rustic Winter soup was satisfied with this earthy dish: Lamb, Barley, Sweet Potato, Carrots and Onions topped off with Oven roasted Jerusalem Artichokes with Olive Oil and Rosemary. Inspired by a batch of leftover Rice and Barley, and the purchase of a couple of Lamb neck bones from the Stoke Newington Farmers Market.
