Dinner with Jont

A meal shared with Mr Jont, an extraordinary signer songwriter and minstrel of yore. We are working on a collaboration in support of his soon-to-be-released album ‘Set it Free.’ It didn’t hurt that Jont was seated at the kitchen table playing a selection of his songs old and (very) new while the food was being prepared. This colourful plate was the result: Jean Torne’s wonderful Chickpea, Tomato, Lemon & Coriander stew, Red cabbage sauteed with Raisins and Cider Vinegar, Barley & Short Grain Rice, Marinated pan-fried Tofu with pickled Radish and sesame seed condiment.
