Soup Kitchen No.4

Images from Monday night’s Soup Kitchen class at the Happy Kitchen Canteen. We made a simple Udon Noodle Soup from Scratch, and also had time to whip up a batch of tempura batter and do some deep fried Squash, Tofu and Onions. Shown at the end is some of the leftover soup, served with a bit of panfried Salmon. We were far too busy tucking into our bowls to take any pictures on the night. The next Soup Kitchen is set for Monday 26 March, when we’ll be preparing a White Bean, Leek and Kale Soup.
