A batch of Oysters bought from Orongo Bay Oysters near Russell in the Far North were prepared in Oyster Kilpatrick style, grilled with grated Parmesan, Sauteed Honey Smoked Bacon, a dash of Shoyu and a pinch of Sea Salt. Also enjoyed au Naturale, with a squeeze of lemon. Absolutely divine!
