Kevin, that looks gorgeous and simple. Something feels very down-home about it. Did you make the fig relish? I imagine sweet, sour, earthy, eggy, lots of good flavors mixing on the palate.
Nice and simple, but including more of those cleansing greens. The fig relish was a great accompaniment, though it wasn’t of my making.
