First, chop the garlic and remove the green stem (which takes away the bitterness) before rubbing this on a freshly toasted baguette.
And finally, spreading freshly chopped tomatoes on top, with a healthy splash of Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Pepper. Fresh Organic Basil would be a nice addition. (I forgot there was some in the bag)
