    I’m new to your site and the whole idea of Whole Food. I’ve just started reading about whole food and I’m wondering if our herb and spice business offers something that might fit in the category?

    The products are processed as little as possible and nothing is added to the herbs and spices. Sterilising is done with steam, no gas or radioactive processing, no GM etc. I’ve noted a lot of cooking recipes are salt free but several of our spice blends have salt in them (mostly Himalayan Pink salt). Would our seasonings, spice blends and rubs qualify as ‘Whole Food’?

    Thanks for putting together such an interesting site – I’m hooked!
