There are always surprises in store at Jean’s Cooking classes, often involving encounters with Alien creatures. For Sunday’s dinner, we were introduced to Purple Cauliflower, which was Blanched with Broccoli and served with a Garlic, Ginger, Date & Almond Butter dressing to go with a meal of Millet Croquettes with Puy Lentil Sauce and Sweet Potato puree with Sea Vegetables.
