Autumnal weather appears to be upon us. The Roast makes an early appearance, here in the form of an Organic, Farmers Market Rack of Lamb shared with Jonathan & Mel. Stage 1: Lamb seasoned with Sea Salt, Pepper, Rosemary & Olive Oil.
Stage 2: The finished meal, Lamb cutlets with Roasted New Potatoes, Carrots, Beets Roasted with Balsamic Vinegar and Braised Spinach served with a Rich Shittake Mushroom gravy.
