Beetroot Soup made with Beetroots, Onions, Leeks, Potato, Thyme, Cumin Seeds, Vegetable Stock. Finished off with some Chilli Sauce, a dash of Tamari, and some fresh dill. Topped with Sour Cream and Dill, served with E5 Bakehouse Sourdough with Apple Cider Chutney and Sheeps Cheese.
